My Doris Decorative Wall Baskets – Black, Blue & Natural, Set of 3

These beautiful baskets have been handwoven by a team of all-female artisans in rural Odisha, India. This basket work is known as ‘Tokri’ in India and has been taught and passed down through generations.

Using Sabai Grass and Date Palm Leaf, each strand is wrapped together and interspersed with different threads to create beautiful patterns.

Sabai Grass is a readily available, 100% sustainable fibre grown from the root and harvested once a year in the region where our artisans are based.
